I primarily work with international private law, especially related to Spain but also to other countries. I operate in Sweden and on Mallorca.
The areas I cover include tax law, business law, inheritance, wills, and other financial family law matters, co-ownership agreements, and claims.
A typical assignment involves Swedes who live in one country and own property in several. I specialize in solving the legal issues that arise in such situations.
I also take on assignments for Spanish-speaking clients in Sweden and abroad.
I also accept assignments as a public defender in white-collar crime cases, such as accounting offenses, tax crimes, money laundering offenses, and fraud.
